Jon came home on Thursday, and Friday was kinda slow, but today was awesome.
I went out to take care of the horses, I came in to find Jon had made breakfast, like a whole shit ton of food: pancakes with cherry topping, 2 styles of eggs, and sausage. Then we went out, I had to pick up my prescription, so we did then decided we were having fun just driving around, so we played the quarter game: when you hit an intersection you flip (tails right/ heads left or vise versa).
We ended up at The House By the Side of the Road, where I went and got some candy, and Jon played scratch tickets: bought 1 $2 ticket, won $2, then bought 2 $1 tickets, won $3, bought another $1 ticket, won $1, then used the $1 profit to by me more candy.
Playing the quarter game some more, we ended up in the Milford oval (the long way to get there) so we stopped at the military store. We were looking around, hanging out, Jon picked up a couple of things for school, and we ended up talking to the guy about some military stuff. Jon bragged that he had taught me how to dissemble and reassemble an M14, how to put together a ruck sack, and that I know my phonetic alphabet (my military A, B, C’s). Don, the manager then quizzed me on the Alpha, Bravo, Charlie’s, and started complimenting me on how smart I was, and I was cute and a keeper.
We got home a while ago. He made some sandwiches for dinner, we’re staying in to watch a movie and work on some homework.
I’d say today was a good day
